Delivery terms & policy

Turnaround

Goods will not be dispatched for delivery without full payment.

On all orders placed the estimated delivery time is up to 3 weeks from date of order.

If there is any delay in your order you will be notified via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the quantity of your ordered products and based on orders between 30 kg up to 1 tone. Delivery costs are as follow:

- €60 for County Louth, Meath, Dublin

 Nationwide - Please contact HEAD OFFICE

Locations

We aim to delivery to the whole Ireland, if you believe you are in an area that normally experiences problems with heavy deliveries please tell us in advance of your order. You can email us at waterwelldrogheda@gmail.com and we will reply within 24 hours.

Packaging & Handling

The products can be heavy, so make sure you have help and adequate space to receive the products. We take great care to package the products up safely so no damage is caused during transport. Please inspect the packages before signing off with the delivery driver.
